Daily duties would include handling incoming calls, greeting guest, handling mail and other clerical duties as assigned by the manager.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to be a great first impression for the company. The hotel is looking for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a temporary to full-time opportunity and the hours for this position would be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Qualifications:
2+ years reception experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task is a must.
